This setting beautifully portrays the wonder at the coming of the Holy Spirit. The flowing melodic phrase which reappears throughout the piece unifies the work in a rondo fashion. Richard Busch achieves a mysterious quality through understated dynamics and a limited tessitura. At the same time there are subtle chromatic turns that enhance the beauty of this arrangement.
