Shipping/ Returns
Standard Shipping is customarily USPS, however at certain times we may upgrade your order to a faster delivery method.
Standard Shipping rates:

UPS 2nd Day Air rates:
$8.99 per order plus $1.99 for each item
UPS Overnight rates:
$14.99 per order plus $3.99 for each item
For orders where UPS 2nd Day or Overight ship methods are selected:
Orders placed by 12 noon EST, Monday through Friday will ship out the same day.
Orders placed after 12 noon EST, Monday through Friday will ship the following business day.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship on the following business day.
What if there is an error with my order?
Regretfully, we do sometimes make shipping errors or items get damaged in shipping. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please call 1-800-451-5006 and we will send the correct or new one right out to you.
What is your return policy?
All returns must be received within 30 days and in resalable condition in order to receive credit. The best way to ensure that your items will be in resaleable condition is to pack around them tightly enough that nothing moves when the box is shaken. Use our original packing materials (peanuts) and supplement with additional padding on top. If you return an item via UPS or Federal Express, your package will automatically be insured for up to $100. Send it to the shipping address below. If you return an item to us via the U.S. Postal Service, please insure your package and send it to the mailing address below. If you paid by credit card, we will credit your account as soon as we receive your return. It is our policy to issue merchandise credits for all returns that were paid by cash or check, unless otherwise requested.
