How long will items remain in my shopping cart?
Items are not removed from your shopping cart. However, unused or abandoned shopping carts will be deleted from ParacletePress.com periodically.

How do I change or cancel an order I placed on ParacletePress.com?
If, after submitting an order on ParacletePress.com, you decided to change or cancel your order: please call our customer service department at 1-800-451-5006, ext. 300 for assistance.

Where will my order ship from?
Internet orders are shipped from our facility on Cape Cod, Massachusetts.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been reviewed and processed by a customer service representative. For items on backorder your card will not be charged until the backordered item is available.

Will I be charged sales tax?
If your order is being sent to an address in Massachusetts, we are required to charge 6.25% sales tax on your order.

Can I order by mail?
If you send your order by regular postal mail, send your payment with a check in U.S. dollars, no cash please. Foreign checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank. Mail your order to Paraclete Press, P.O. Box 1568, Orleans, MA 02653.

Can I order by phone?
If you prefer to order by telephone, please call 1-800-451-5006 or fax to 508-255-5705. Our hours are 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. EST, Monday-Friday.
